Order Tracking

Once an order is received and processed an email will be sent confirming the order. When the order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be a delay in the processing and shipping of some orders. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Can I return my item?

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. In order for a return to be accepted it must accompany a RMA  #. To obtain a RMA # please email us at support@allaroundhomedecor.com No returns will be accepted without a RMA #. 

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed and a confirmation email has been received we are unable to change or cancel your order. 

If you do find you have placed an order that you no longer require, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please see our return policy.

What if my item is damaged?

Please contact us immediately at support@allaroundhomedecor.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
